Mae elusen Gafael Llaw wedi penderfynu ymgymryd sialens unigryw'r haf hwn - sef anelu i gerdded o amgylch y byd mewn 7 diwrnod - ac rydym yn gofyn am eich help chi! Mae hyn yn golygu cerdded cyfanswm o 25,000 o filltiroedd mewn wythnos. I gyflawni hyn, rydym yn gwahodd pobl ar draws y byd i n helpu ni gerdded yr holl filltiroedd drwy lawr lwytho r app hwn i gofnodi eich camau bob dydd! Elusen o Wynedd yng ngogledd Cymru yw Gafael Llaw, sy n codi arian i gefnogi plant a phobl ifanc Gwynedd a M n sy n dioddef o gancr. Mae r holl arian sy n cael ei gasglu gan yr elusen yn mynd tuag at wella cyfleusterau ac adnoddau yn Ward Dewi yn Ysbyty Gwynedd, Ysbyty Alder Hey yn Lerpwl a CLIC Sargent yng ngogledd orllewin Cymru. The charity Gafael Llaw has decided to undertake a unique challenge this summer aiming to walk around the world in 7 days and we are asking for your help! This means walking a total of 25,000 miles in a week. To achieve this, we are inviting people from around the world to help us walk all these miles by downloading this app to record your daily steps! Gafael Llaw is a charity from Gwynedd, north Wales, who raise money to support local children and young people who have cancer. All the money raised by the charity s team of volunteers goes towards improving services and resources at Ward Dewi, Ysbyty Gwynedd, Alder Hey Hospital, Liverpool and north-west Wales CLIC Sargent. Wherever in the world you are during the week, you can take part in the challenge by downloading the app. The app costs 0.99p and all the profit will go directly towards improving health care for local children and young people. By downloading the app you can keep track of how many steps you walk every day, the app will also put everyone's miles together towards the grand total and will automatically show you the total each day and the combined progress made.
